How long does Centify take to deliver?

Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) usually receive orders within 2–3 days via Bluedart express. Remote pin codes may require 6–10 days via India Post. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Tracking data may take 12–24 hours to reflect in the courier's system after dispatch. If your tracking number shows no update after 48 hours, please contact our concierge via WhatsApp or the form above — we will initiate a trace with the courier partner immediately.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After the third failed attempt, the parcel is held at the nearest service centre for 5 days. If unclaimed, it is returned to our Kannauj vault and a re-dispatch fee of ₹99 applies. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Centify offers COD for orders up to ₹5,000 across select pin codes serviced by Delhivery and DTDC. COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pin code. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 applies.

What is Centify's return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed products in their original packaging. Opened attars are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. To initiate a return, contact our concierge with your order number and reason. Approved returns receive a full refund or store credit within 5 business days of receipt.

My flacon arrived damaged — what do I do?

We are deeply sorry for this experience. Please photograph the damaged packaging and flacon immediately and send the images to care@centify.in or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt. All shipments carry transit insurance — we will dispatch a replacement flacon at no cost or issue an immediate full refund, at your preference.
